The You Are Athlete Showcase is continuing to expand its presence across the country. This past weekend, they hosted their showcase in Baltimore, MD. They had a good number of talented players to show up and show off their skills. Here are some major conference level prospects to keep an eye on.

Dustin Henry is a 6-foot-3, 195-pound prospect who is listed as a safety, but he worked out at linebacker yesterday. Henry is a 2028 class player from St. Frances Academy (MD). He holds SEC offers already from LSU, Texas A&M, Alabama, and more programs are tracking him. His ability to open his hips during coverage is something coaches will see as a valuable to a versatile player. You can look at his body and see that he is going to get bigger and bigger as the years and experience adds up. He knows how to close space fast when pursuing a ball carrier. There is a chance that he could end up being a box safety on the next level, as his ability to cover is going to help him be able to play man to man on tight ends.

Looking at a much younger prospect, Trevon Epps is a 2030 class standout who there is a good chance to be among the top prospects in the country by the senior season. He also attends St. Frances Academy. Epps is a 6-foot-3, 185-pound player who did a good job of showing up and competing yesterday. His smooth approach shows that he has a lot of confidence at a young age. That is why he already holds an offer from Auburn. He is not a young clumsy player out there tripping over his own feet. Epps has the ability to go up and get the football with ease and how to secure that catch. There is more polishing to do in his route running, but this is one of the kids for 2030 who you want to know early.

Judge Dillow is a 2027 athlete from Abingdon High School (VA) who worked out at receiver yesterday. He also plays defensive back. Dillow holds one division offer, that from Cornell. But this is no minor conference prospect. He is 6-foot-1, 200-pounds player with a lot of heart. Working routes yesterday he came down with some impressive catches. and cornerbacks cannot get an easy jam on him from the line. Here is the spinning part on this young man. Playing a box safety position would not be a bad idea because he is just plain tough. Coaches would love to develop him into a defender who can also manage an outside linebacker position. However, him being a nickel back/safety kind of guy would not be a bad idea.
